It’s no secret that the Pitch team loves books and bookshops are our second home. With the peak industry association, the Australian Booksellers Association, we create fresh, engaging Love Your Bookshop Day (LYBD) campaigns every year, celebrating bookshops across the country and their support of Australian authors.
Pitch has promoted LYBD since 2017, building the national celebration each year with new ideas, talent, creative and stakeholder engagement. Over this time, we have also supported work to refine the brand, created an integrated approach to creative and artwork, developed partnerships for LYBD and produced content with some of the best-selling authors in the country. Highlighting individual businesses, success stories, writers, industry challenges and triumphs, Pitch has created a compelling offering that brings customers into shops, creates online buzz and lets communities celebrate the special place of bookshops in our lives.
