At Pitch, we care deeply about gender equality and promoting opportunities for women in public life so The Trawalla Foundation and University of Melbourne’s Pathways to Politics Program was a dream campaign. This non-partisan program seeks to increase diverse female participation in politics through training and education. Our campaign aimed to drive applications from a broad range of Victorian women, whilst leading the conversation around gender equality in politics more broadly. We were thrilled that applications for the 2020 program were stronger than ever before – an increase of over 40% on 2019 applications.
