The Stella Prize is an annual literary award celebrating the work of Australian women and gender non-conforming writers. We have worked with their small, dedicated team since 2017, building their reach and contributing to the national conversation around gender equality in Australian literature. Pitch works throughout the prize campaigns from longlist to winner’s announcement. We coordinate a cohesive overarching campaign and creating individual media moments that celebrate each stage and spotlight the diverse list of writers and books. We also provide ad hoc consultation to the Stella team on other aspects of their work outside the prize cycle such as The Stella Count, fundraising initiatives and education programs.
2022 ushers in a bold new era for The Stella Prize, as they celebrate ten years and look to the future. We are so proud to watch Stella go from strength to strength and to join them in championing the voices of women and non-binary writers.
